terms & conditions

Designs
- all cards are individually handmade and may vary slightly from the photo shown and from one to another. Co-ordinating envelopes are provided with all cards. The standard-sized cards are 10.5cm x 14.7cm (4.1in x 5.8in).

Samples
- samples remain the property of Lucy-lu designs and should be returned when finished with.

Postage
- all orders will be sent by first class post. Postage will be charged at cost and added to final invoice.

Delivery
- cards are made to order and will be sent within 14 days of receiving the order. Please make it known if cards are required sooner or by a particular date.

Payment
- a deposit of 50% is required on orders over £10 and the balance payable upon receipt of the cards. Please make cheques payable to ‘Lucy-lu designs’, with your name and address on the reverse of the cheque. Payments can be made via online banking, please contact Lucy-lu if you wish to pay by this method.
